Building a Beyond Organic business is exactly what you make of it.  If you look for opportunities to have fun, meet new people, strike up conversations where you would otherwise sit in awkward silence, share your growing knowledge of nutrition with friends and family, improve your health and wealth, and commune with like-minded individuals, then you’ll find these opportunities in spades. But with these benefits come responsibilities; to your team, your customers, and to yourself. Putting in the work to achieve your goals is not to be taken lightly, and in order to optimize the success you can find in building a network marketing business, the first thing you must make time for is to THINK.

THINK about your goals. What do you want to achieve? Why? That which motivates you must be strong enough to motivate on days that require more work, more patience, more thought.

THINK about your commitment. By bringing on new customers and team members, you have a responsibility to them to reply to their calls and emails in a timely manner, to share your knowledge, and to support their goals.

THINK through your strategy. When you bring new team members on-board, call your upline sponsor to discuss placement. Placement is a critical and permanent factor in your business and deserves your immediate attention and consideration.

And while I’m THINKing about it, I’d also like to thank you for reading (and hopefully subscribing!) to this blog.  I think about you every time I write a post, and I hope you get something out of them that makes you think a bit yourself.
