Beyond Organic Cultured Vegetables - Spicy PinkI’ve been looking forward to making my first batch of Beyond Organic cultured vegetables since my SueroGold arrived, and I finally got around to cooking up this non-cooked side dish today.  If you are looking for a great snack during a detox and/or diet, this is for you.  If it tastes half as good as it looks, we are in business!  Special thanks to Earth Mother for the Spicy Pink recipe!  I slightly altered the quantities, but the yum factor is the same.
