The Healthiest Mac N’ Cheese Ever Recipe
- Cook pasta according to package directions (I recommend 100% organic quinoa/corn-based elbows, gluten-free rice pasta, or whole wheat noodles) and set aside
- Melt 1 T. organic butter in a small pan
- Add 1-2 T. Beyond Organic Ranch Roast (or GreenFed ground beef) — I froze leftover Ranch Roast from a previous dinner in ice cube trays and added 1 cube to this meal
- Simmer until heated through
- Add pasta and stir
- Add 1/4C of grated Beyond Organic Cheese, stir, and serve!
