Beyond Organic Eating Plan
(General Wellness)

Breakfast Ideas

  • Smoothie (4-8oz Amasai with 1 tablespoon Terrain Omega powder and 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit) with optional add-in of protein powder and stevia
  • 2 organic eggs (hard boiled or scrambled) with parfait (4oz Amasai with 1 tablespoon Terrain Omega powder and cut up fruit)
  • Vegetable omelet w/ Raw Cheddar and Cultured Coffee
  • Grainless Granola topped w/ Amasai
  • Probiotics Peach Smoothie (amasai, frozen peaches, banana, and raw vanilla protein powder)
  • 16oz SueroViv

Lunch Ideas

  • Large salad with raw cheese, sunflower seeds, and protein (organic grilled chicken or fish OR boiled eggs and avocado) with Amasai dressing
  • Lean meat with 2 sides of vegetables
  • Green-fed Chili
  • Chicken salad wrapped in romaine lettuce w/ Cultured tea
  • Salmon Vegetable Stir-fry w/ Super soda
  • Green-fed burger topped with Raw cheese on Ezekiel bread

Afternoon

  • Sprouted Nuts and Seeds (beyond organic snacks)

Dinner Ideas

30-Day Rapid Fat Loss Plan

Start with 3-Day Suero Cleanse.  Then for the next 4 weeks:

Joint Health Plan

Morning
