Beyond Organic Team Tip of the Month | December

Each time you enroll a Mission Marketer, contact me immediately by sending an email to your new enrollee and copying me. This is for 3 reasons:

  • Introducing your new team member to your upline sets the tone for teamwork, starts a new relationship with third-party validation (if we’ve not already covered that before they join), and creates a culture of caring which makes joining a company even more enjoyable;
  • It alerts me that it’s time for you to place them in your tree (you have 10 days from the date they enroll) which we want to help you with;
  • It triggers a discussion about helping your new E1 place the appropriate Activation order, become Active, and sign up for Autoship (read more about the 3 As here)

Here’s a sample email you might want to customize when emailing your new Enrollee (E1):

Dear ________,

Congratulations on your choice to join Beyond Organic. Whether you’re a veteran foodie or a nutrition newbie, now is the perfect time to welcome Beyond Organic into your home (and why not earn an additional paycheck at the same time?!)

I am eager to help you begin building a future of financial freedom and improved health for you and your family, and you’ve already taken the first step toward both by enrolling as a Beyond Organic Mission Marketer.

I’d like to introduce you to my Enroller, Jenni and Paul Smith. I think you’ll find them to be a great resource as you learn more about Beyond Organic and all it has to offer.

To your health and wealth,

[your name here]

p.s. You should have received an email from Beyond Organic with your personalized Mission Marketer web address, username and password. Be sure to keep this information in a safe place as this is not only how you’ll log into your back office to track your future earnings, enroll new Mission Marketers, and buy/sell products, but it’s also how others can find you by visiting your personalized website to learn more about Beyond Organic, enroll themselves, and purchase their own products as a Retail Customer, a Preferred Customer, or a Mission Marketer.

About jenni smith

Jenni Smith is a recovering fast food addict and a reformed couch potato who swore she'd never be a distributor... until the day she realized the only thing holding her back from reaching her true potential was her own stubbornness. And maybe a bit of fear. When she finally decided to put on her "big girl pants", Jenni (and her rock star husband, Paul) went from founding distributor to top earner in two years, and is now a Youngevity Vice Chairman Marketing Director. With a 15-year career in marketing and two little girls at home, Jenni raises her kids and her family's income at the same time and is passionate about coaching anyone who has: A) a desire for better health; B) a need for better wealth; C) patience for sass.
