Weight Loss Is Easier Than Math Class

I recently posted about how brides-to-be can give themselves a Wedding Dress Tune-Up by going on a Beyond Organic Suero Cleanse but I completely neglected to address the fat math topic of counting calories.

Thankfully, my friend and the author of Simple Sweet Blessings, Brooke Rowell, recently pushed out a brilliant blog post herself in which she addressed the math behind the Beyond Organic Suero Cleanse. I’m sure she won’t mind if I “borrow” a bit of her hard work for this post. Hopefully, I won’t get in trouble for copying her homework!

Simple Sweet Blessings Excerpt:

An added benefit to regular cleansing is sustained weight loss. Now, losing weight was not the main goal I had when I began my cleanse, but I have noticed since turning 31 that I do have to be a little more careful about how much dessert I eat (and I DO enjoy my fair share of dark chocolate!). Since I like to play with numbers, let’s consider if I’m consuming around 2,000 calories a day on a regular basis, but I take 3 days per month to cleanse:

2,000
normal daily caloric intake
-720
daily calories on a SueroViv Cleanse
1,280
calories saved per day
X3
number of days cleansing
3,840
calories saved per cleanse
X12
months per year
46,080
calories saved per year

AND 3,500 calories = 1 pound…so that is a 13 pound weight loss or avoidance of weight gained over the course of a year, just simply by cleansing on a regular basis. Pretty amazing stuff!

Did you hear that? THIRTEEN POUNDS PER YEAR. Brooke also shared the following excerpt from a nutrition and wellness coach:

Potassium is in a class known as electrolytes. When dissolved in water, electrolytes conduct the electricity needed by our muscles and nerves to function. Another function of potassium is to assist the storage of carbohydrates in the muscles. Carbohydrates are needed for endurance, and also play a role in the body’s blood pressure regulation, as well as fluid balance. When the body lacks potassium, not only are the muscles and nerves compromised, but the heart may even have trouble maintaining a normal rhythm.

If you follow what I call the SAD Diet (Standard American Diet) there’s a good chance you may also suffer from the potassium-sodium imbalance. The good news is this imbalance is not permanent. There are ways to correct it.

And here’s another number for you to crunch:  The Suero Cleanse comes in bronze, silver, and gold and the price starts at $54 with the opportunity to get free shipping by adding an extra item to your shopping cart. How much do you spend on food over a three-day period? My bet is that it’s over 54 bucks. You do the math…and then, do the cleanse!

I love this post! A good friend of mine just “did the math” and ordered the Bronze Suero Cleanse Package because of not only the cost savings over other cleanses out there, but the true health benefits of Suero Viv!
